Ingredients

  • Salted caramel
  • 250 g caster sugar
  • 125 ml double cream
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of rock salt
  •  
  • Pudding
  • 400 ml double cream
  • 200 ml full fat milk
  • 4 medium free range egg yolks
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 12 mini croissants or 8 large 1 medium bar milk chocolate (I used Green & Blacks)
