Ingredients

  • 2 skinless chicken breasts, chopped into chunks
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp rice wine (or dry Sherry at a pinch)
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 100 g basmati rice
  • 1 egg 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
