This is a yummy, comforting and autumnal recipe that is super filling. - Syn Free. I worked out that half of this recipe is your HE A, but always best to work out your own syn values
I'm always trying to think of exciting new Slimming World friendlyBBQ sauce and cheese dishes (see BBQ Chicken stacks, BBQ Pasta Melt, BBQ Beef Calzone Pizza) and I think you will love this one
- Free. - A. -. -. Leave on low for 6-7 hours or high for 2-3. I would love to say that this was a carefully planned out meal, but in reality it is something that I threw together in the slow cooker one morning before leaving for work
- A. -. -. It's really easy to put to together and this recipe makes 4 portions, perfect for extra lunches. 250g pasta. Par boil the pasta for 5 mins or until slightly softened then mix with the BBQ beef sauce. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins or until cooked through. L x 250g pasta
Serve with speed salad or protein filled baked beans. Sprinkle a little cous cous on top of the cheese - this just gives a little extra crunch, so you could leave this out if you wish
- Syn Free. So, as requested, here's the recipe. - A. -. For the kebabs-. -. L x For the kebabs-. I put a little post out on my Facebook page to see if anyone wanted the recipe, and the post got 815 likes. Once the meat has been in the fridge for the hour, gently pack small amounts of the meat mixture around the kebab skewers to make a 4-inch long sausage shape on each stick. Wrap the stuffed peppers in tin foil and bake in the oven for 10 mins
- B. The original recipe requires the use of tinned stewing steak. I've seen people posting photos of these steak bakes all over forums and Facebook groups for a while, so tried making some for myself

I asked if you wanted the recipe. - Syn free. - A. -. -. 40g extra light mozerella per person- make sure you seperare each portion. Spray a large saucepan with low calorie cooking spray and fry off the onions gently over a low heat for 6-8 minutes. Add the mince and stir fry for 5-6 minutes. Add the garlic, chillies and all the spices and continue frying, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the chips to the tray, spray lightly with low calorie cooking spray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides. Place under the grill for 2-3 minutes util cheese is melted and gooey

I love this recipe - guilt free carbonara. You will need -. I eat a lot of the stuff and am forever trying to find a new way to use it from pastabakes to spaghetti bolognese and my current favourite, carbonara
