Ingredients

  • 100 g Oats (use certified gluten free if you need to)
  • 3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
  • 3 tbsp of any Nut Butter (I use cashew)
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup ( Or honey if you don’t follow a vegan diet)
  • 100 g Dark Chocolate ( I use Noble Choice chocolate chips and eat half the bag in the process)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
