  • 900 g braising steak
  • 3 tbsp plain flour

  • 2 celery sticks
  • 600 ml of beef stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 250 g of S
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 g diced butter
  • 150 g cheddar
  • 150 ml whole milk
