Ingredients

  • 1 carrots
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 30 g finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp of rapeseed or olive oil
  • 40 g uncooked risotto rice
  • 200 ml low salt stock
  • 2 minutes in a little oil
  • 2. Add the chopped carrot and then fry for a further
  • 10 minutes until the carrots soften
  • 3. Then add the minced beef and stir occasionally until
  • 4. Add the rice and stir continuously for 1 minute before adding some low salt stock
