  • 3 very ripe bananas 110g (4 oz) sugar 50g (2 oz) melted margarine or butter 170g (6 oz) self raising flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 110g (4 oz) plain chocolate chips Brown sugar for sprinkling over the top of the cakes before baking Instructions Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Mash the sugar and bananas together in a large bowl. Add the melted margarine and stir in to the sugar and banana mixture. Add the flour to the baking powder and mix well in a separate dish. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips with a wooden spoon. After spooning your mixture into the muffin cases, sprinkle some brown sugar on the top to make the muffins a little crunchy. Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes By All Recipes cisacke
