This crème fraiche tagliatelle chickenrecipe is a delicious fusion of chickenand vegetables cooked in low fat crème fraiche, which is substituted for cream
I just happened to have everything I needed in the cupboards so I gave it a go - it reminded me very much of Maille Honey Mustardand was great for a quick meal
Make the marinade and add the sliced chicken breast, onion & peppers , marinade for a few hours, I normally pop in a bowl and cover on the fridge for a few hours
It’s such a simple recipeand really very tasty. The chicken is portioned, which means it cooks quickly and has more surface area for the honey glaze to coat
Carve and spoon over the onion gravy along with a few garlic cloves that should be squished into the mash ( I found that slicing it and roasting it as it says to do in the original recipe, burns it and doesn’t result in a good flavour)
