Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 kg chicken thighs
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 25 g pack
  • 4 sprigs
  • 350 g Green
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 3. Place in oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Garnish with the remainder of rosemary and serve with cous cous or mashed potato and wilted greens.
