  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 225 ml milk
  • 50 ml oil
  • 125 g fresh raspberries
  • 125 g white chocolate chips
  • crumble topping
  • 50 g plain flour
  • 25 g butter
  • 25 g caster sugar
  • 12 muffin cases
  • 180 C oven for approx
  • 25 minutes until golden brown
