Ingredients

  • 170 g Butter, at room temperature
  • 350 g Caster Sugar
  • 2 ml Raspberry Extract
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 4 Egg Whites (or 140ml of bottled egg whites)
  • 1 Egg 2 tbsp Creme Fraiche
  • 190 g Plain Flour
  • 35 g Cornflour
  • 15 g Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 125 g Raspberries (fresh or frozen, just thaw if frozen)
