  • 1 medium zucchini, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp powdered ginger
  • ¼ tsp black pepper salt to taste
