Inspired by a curried quinoa with raisins and almonds that I swooned over at the new local Whole Foods, this salad came together tweak by fortuitously compatible tweak
Salads are perfect for this. I chose the Quinoa Salad recipe although I did change a couple of the ingredients to make it vegetarian for our dietary requirements
