Matcha, a finely ground greentea powder, is a subtle flavor. If you have never used matcha in cooking or baking, and only brewed it as a tea, I hope you try this out

Here, greentea comes in the form of matcha powder as it’s easier to use and stronger than brewed and cooled loose leaf/bagged greentea, and lemon and fresh ginger give it a really bright, clean flavour that makes it even more energising
