Ingredients

  • 8 pork chops (preferably British Red Tractor branded)
  • 225 g cheddar, such as Quickes Vintage
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 400 g British beef
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 leeks, sliced
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp tomato purée
  • 500 ml British cider
  • 200 ml chicken stock
  • 2 x 450g approx. tins mixed beans in brine, rinsed
  • Handful parsley, chopped
