Ingredients

  • 4 bone
  • 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1/2 pound of mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • mustard
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 240 ml cup chicken stock (1 cup)
  • 120 ml heavy cream (1/2 cup)
  • 2 minutes Add both mustards, honey, thyme and chicken stock
