  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 250 g minced pork
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 250 g passata
  • 200 g red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • Seasoning
  • Soured cream, to serve
