  • 1 kg pork belly
  • 2 Tsp
  • 5 spice powder
  • 1 cm piece root ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 red finger chilli
  • 4 hour
  • 140 C Fan oven or until the meat is tender enough to fall apart
