Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized
  • 300 g plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 g lard
  • 125 ml water
  • 600 g coarsely minced pork
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 10-15 sage leaves
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 10 or so minutes over a low heat
