Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg wild caught Alaskan salmon worth
  • 80 delivered to your home in Sg
  • 250 g salmon fillet, halved
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 2 lime leaves, crushed
  • 1-2 stalks lemongrass, use ends and bruised
  • 4 slices galangal
  • 2-3 tbsp thai red curry paste (or to taste)
  • Fish sauce if needed for seasoning
  • Thinly sliced lime leaves or parsley, to garnish
  • 1 tbsp oil
