  • 3 kg plums
  • 1 kg marrow
  • 1 kg courgette
  • 1 kg apples
  • 500 g sultanas
  • 500 ml cider
  • 800 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 kg soft dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 piece cinnamon bark
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 tbsp dried crushed chillies
