Print Prep time 6 mins Total time 6 mins Pimm's No.1 & Lemonade is a classic, here I give it my own twist with cherries, apple, kiwi fruit and orange in a frosted glass for the perfect summer party drink! Author: Camilla Recipe type: Drink Serves: 1 Ingredients 50 mls Pimm’s No.
  • 1 150 mls lemonade 2 cherries 1 slice orange, halved 1 slice kiwi fruit, halved 2 slices apple (which has been cored & quartered) sprig of mint ice cubes For glass frosting: slice of orange, peel removed caster sugar for dipping Instructions Frost the glass by placing the orange slice onto a flat surface and rotating the rim of the glass over it so that the whole rim is wetted. Place some caster sugar in a saucer (about 2 mm) and shake level, then dip the glass in the sugar to coat. Fill the glass with ice. Add the Pimm’s No 1. Then add the fruit and lemonade. Garnish with a sprig of mint and add a straw. To make a jug add ice and handfuls of fruit keeping the ratio of 1 part Pimm’s No 1 to 3 parts lemonade. 3.5.3226
