  • 250 g of Chocolate Ripple Biscuits
  • 80 g of butter
  • 375 g block of Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup of caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of peppermint essence
  • ½ teaspoon
  • of green food colouring
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 teaspoons of powdered gelatine
  • ¼ cup of boiling water
  • 200 g of white chocolate
  • 1 bag
