If you like gooey, melty, peanutbuttery style cookies then you'll LOVE these cookie bars. I used American smooth style PB but the cookies were pretty sweet so when I make them again I'm either going to try and make my own PB, or use organic style which tends to have a more natural, less sweet peanut flavour

So when I came across this one- a combination of three things I most likely wouldn’t be able to live without- peanutbutter, cheesecake and chocolate chipcookies, I wanted to taste it
Chocolate ChipandPeanutButter Truffle Swirled Cookies. They're a fairly basic (and delicious) chocolate chip cookie, but throughout it are swirls and chunks of amazing peanutbutter truffle
Whisk peanutbutterandbutter Then add the granulate white sugar and brown sugar and stir. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate mixing bowl
Add the peanutbutter, egg and vanilla and continue to mix. If you do not want to follow the one bowl method, pour the browned butter into a bowl and follow same procedure
You then throw mini marshmallows, micro chocolate chipsand mini peanutbutter cups on top (I may or may not have waited for the fluff to cool so my toppings all melted into the fluff which doesn't make for the prettiest pictures but it was rather delicious still
BUT if you love firm on the outside, gooey on the inside, delicious peanutbutter chocolate chipcookies made with whole grains and no butter-then these cookies are for you
What we're working with here is a peanutbutter brown sugar cookie base with chocolate chipsand pretzel pieces and then of course the wonderousness of being topped with a bite of salty goodness

I love how easy they are to make and how wonderful peanutbuttery they taste. Now you can share the joy of these delicious cookies with your friends and family but be sure to hide some away for yourself before they are all gone
And I decided to bake peanutbuttercookies for an afternoon tea. When I opened it, the peanutbutter looked almost liquid, it's a rather strange consistency and you can almost pour it rather than spread
