Ingredients

  • 8 oz dry ditalini pasta (it’s the little tubes, also called salad macaroni)
  • 3 eggs 1 small pickle, chopped (about 2 Tablespoons)
  • 10 black, pitted olives, sliced (about ¼ cup)
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped pimento
  • ¼ of a medium red onion, chopped (about ½ cup)
  • 1 to 1 ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
