Ingredients

  • 250 gr / 0.5 lb potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 300 gr / 10 oz sweet turnip, cooked and mashed
  • 400 gr / 14 oz haggis, cooked
  • 20 gr / 0.7 oz unsalted butter
  • 6 x spring onions chopped finely
  • 1 x tsp of coriander powder
  • ¼ x tsp white pepper
  • ¼ x tsp nutmeg
  • 2 x tbsp Glayva whisky (or whisky and a little honey)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
