  • 1 garlic clove, chopped 4 parsnips, chopped 1 potato, chopped 1 pint vegetable stock Rosemary, to taste Salt and pepper, to taste Pigs in blankets, sliced Using soup maker Add the ingredients to the Morphy Richards soup maker, choose the smooth setting and enjoy the soup in 21 minutes Serve soup into bowls and add sliced pigs in blankets. In case you don’t have a soup maker Sautee the onions and garlic in a saucepan with little oil, then add the parsnips, potato, rosemary, and fry for around 3-5 minutes Add the stock, bring to boil and simmer on medium heat until the vegetables are cooked.
