  • 11/2 cup Basil, fresh
  • 11 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 11/2 tsp Lemon, fresh zest
  • 12 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
  • 11/4 tsp Black pepper, fresh ground
  • 11/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 11/2 tsp Salt
  • 11 Salt and pepper
  • 14 tbsp Olive oil
  • 11/4 cup White wine, dry
  • 12 large cloves (or 3 smaller cloves) garlic, finely minced
