  • 150 ml milk Vanilla, to taste (I used Dr Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Grinder) Butter, to grease ramekins Instructions Grated milk chocolate, to taste (I used Lindt Hello Just for You Heart Chocolate) Pre-heat oven to 180C. Whisk the eggs, milk and vanilla, until the mixture is smooth. Grease four ramekins with butter. Cut the pain au chocolat widthways (around 4 layers per pain au chocolat), and put them in the ramekin. Pour the mixture over the pain au chocolat in ramekins. Scatter the chocolate over the top.
