Ingredients

  • 165 g porridge oats
  • 85 g crunchy nut cornflakes
  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 tbsp golden syrup
  • 40 g dried apricots
  • 30 g sultanas
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 180 degrees for
  • 20 minutes Once cooled, gently remove from the tin and enjoy
