Ingredients

  • 250 g Passata
  • 1 tsp each Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried Basil
  • 8-10 New Potatoes, washed & halved
  • 1 medium Onion, cut into thin slivers
  • 2 Courgettes, cut into 2cm chunks
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, on the bone with skin on
  • 4-5 fresh Basil leaves, roughly torn
