This recipe for a onepotchicken chilli is a delicious family dinner and so tasty. I love using spices when I am watching the calories andone of my most pinned recipes is my chickpea and spinach curry so I thought this chicken chilli would be a good one to share with you
The rice is pretty important it needs to be Easy Cook long grain, don't waste time trying other varieties, I have in poorer times and just to experiment,none of them work with this method of cooking

This recipe is one of my favourites, and it’s so easyand simple to whip up. Meanwhile - crack one egg into a ramekin or small bowl and bring another saucepan to a gentle simmer

This recipe comes from the Slimming World All In One cookbook. It does look like you need a lot of ingredients but a lot of them are store cupboard staples - if you like to cook from scratch you probably already have, or will easily use up, things like coriander, cumin, turmeric and chilli powder
Do not return to the heat, curdled quark is one to avoid. Whilst that's cooking, get your pot of quark and add to it the Worcestershe sauce, dried thyme and a bit of salt and pepper
Because this dish is another great two-pot deal (one for the noodles, one for the stir fry), all it required was a half hour's a-chopping and a-peeling, then it was a classic case of sit there and add stuff in order, stirring as you go
Whether on a diet or just plain hungry, I recommend this one to you. I'm not sure how much of a "Jambalaya" it was - never having had a strictly traditional Jambalaya - but it had rice, tomatoes andchicken, not to mention heat from spice and full bodied character
