  • 500 g lean lamb leg steaks , all visible fat removed , roughly chopped

  • 1 onion , peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 garlic gloves , peeled and crushed
  • 2 celery sticks , finely chopped
  • 2 carrots , peeled and finely chopped
  • 400 g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 lamb stock cube
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 2 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 1 egg , lightly beaten
