  • 400 g chocolate, broken – I prefer to use a combination of milk and dark but tailor to your own tastes
  • 397 g tin condensed milk
  • 200 g glace cherries, rinsed under cold running water and halved
  • 200 g icing sugar
  • 8 inches and about
  • 1 inch deep
