  • 1 cup lightly roasted buckwheat groats ( dry roast in a pan for 7-8 minutes )
  • 1/2 cup lightly roasted mix nuts finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup dry fruits ( figs, dates, apricots and raisins )
  • 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder or nibs ( not cocoa powder )
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
