  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g unrefined golden caster sugar
  • 16 plums (size dependent, less if large plums)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 75 g plain flour
  • tsp baking powder
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 50 g shelled walnuts (I didn't use these)
