Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 500 g minced lamb or lamb/mutton mix
  • 2 tbsp tomato purée
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g plain flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
