  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cans
  • 400 g each
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 yellow capsicum
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • half tsp chilli powder
  • water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • To Servecheese of your choice – cheddar, mozzarella, goudafinely chopped parsley and coriander/cilantrotoasted pine nuts or toasted flaked almonds
