Ingredients

  • 500 g diced lamb
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 ) Add the lamb to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes
  • 2 ) Thread on to wooden skewers (soak for 30 minutes first so they don’t burn).
