Ingredients

  • 2014 by Nupur
  • 1 medium sized Radish, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt + extra only if required as per your taste ( Use rock salt / sendha namak , if preparing it for fast )
  • 2 cups yoghurt
  • Handful of curry leaves
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnish
  • 1 green chili, chopped very small ( optional )
