Ingredients

  • 300 g diced lamb
  • 2 baby gem lettuces
  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • ½ red onion
  • 2 tbsp mint sauce
  • 200 g block of feta cheese, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 pitta breads
  • 100 g of yoghurt, place in the fridge and allow to marinate for
  • yoghurt
  • 20 minutes Me
