Ingredients

  • 13 cm or
  • 10 mini loaf
  • 320 g caster sugar
  • 3 medium free range eggs
  • 250 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 200 g butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 350 g plain flour
  • 2 lemons
