  • 3 egg yolks
  • 5 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp plain flour
  • 0.5 tbsp cornflour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • For the filling
  • 6 tbsp lemon curd
  • white chocolate (grated) for decoration.
