Ingredients

  • 140 ml olive oil, plus extra for kneading and to finish
  • 500 g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting (I used 350 g strong white flour + 150 g plain flour)
  • 360 ml cool water
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g instant yeast
