Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef and pork (half-half)
  • 1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 sticks of celery, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 jar of Dolmio tomato ragu sauce
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs (dried)
  • 100 ml white wine (optional)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil for frying
  • sea salt
