  • 1 carrot
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 150 g dried brown rice
  • 150 g dried quinoa
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 400 g can of Cirio plum tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
