Ingredients

  • 300 g beef mince (rump or brisket) or 200g rump and 100g pork shoulder
  • 2 shallots finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 75 g parmesan grated
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tomato purée
  • 75 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 ml oil for frying
