Oops its Monday again, I really did mean to blog a recipe but er I hmm I can't even claim I was even that busy but our home routine has changed a little due to a change of shift patterns for my boyfriend and I am trying to finally start the photography e-course I bought in July

As a result last weeks meal plan went a little off key towards the end of the week - Mondays Smoked salmon pasta was really lovely even if the salmon alone was a small fortune for January it was worth it

Being ill last week meant food was the last thing on my mind, so I'm really behind with my mealplanning - it also doesn't help that it can be quite hard to pin down my boyfriend about what he wants to do and whether we are likely to be at my house or his or out for dinner
Monday. Good that it was syn-free but wasn't that impressed by the flavour, I made a SW chicken casserole recently that used similar ingredients (eg preserved lemon) that tasted a lot nicer
As the weather gets colder I am hankering after comfort food such as soups,stews, casseroles and pies, and so the recipe today for these Cheesy Stuffed Supper Spuds is perfect comfort food grub for my non-fast day menu
It's been a long time coming and so I'm really looking forward to it, though it will definitely mean we both have to get used to doing things differently - I've lived on my own for a few years now and in terms of cooking meals, I can put on some pasta if I'm late home, or have leftovers for my lunch - but my boyfriend is super fussy so some times I think I will end up having to cook us different meals
I managed to get my MealPlanningMonday post ready for an actual Monday. I only have five meals planned this week because I think we may eat out one night and will probably have either left overs or a cupboard dinner the other night

Undeterred, I signed up for their wedding cake course starting this January, and this time rang up before the college broke up for Christmas to find out what I needed to bring
Monday - Turkey Keema Curry. -). Its #mealplanningmonday time again. Have a couple of potential events taking place at the weekend but all a bit up in the air hence only one planned meal
Pork Belly and Beans - hope this turns out as good as last time. Have up until March 2014 to utilise it and look forward to doing so next time we are up this way. From a distance of 100+ miles and absence of a week I have absolutely no idea whats in my cupboards, fridge and freezer so its a rather looser #mealplanningmonday than normal for this week but will include the following
