  • 2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1 Tbsp Plain Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 200 ml Vegetable Stock
  • 400 g Tin Of Plum Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 Diced Courgette
  • Salt And Pepper To Season
  • 250 ml Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 40 g Grated Parmasan
