Ingredients

  • 70 dark chocolate
  • 44 milk chocolate
  • 300 g of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 1/2 cups)
  • 60 g white chocolate, broken into bits (1/3 cup)
  • 45 g unsalted butter, melted (3 TBS)
  • 45 g white sugar (1/3 cup)
  • 1 large free range egg, beaten lightly
  • 3 TBS plain flour (sift first)
  • 1 TBS high wuality Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • Powdered sugar to dust
